Aloyse Murray
As an Exercise Physiologist, I love working with people from all walks of life to create exercise programs that are practical, achievable, and built around what matters most to them. I believe the best results come from combining evidence-based practice with a personalised approach to help my clients become the strongest and most confident version of themself.
I completed my Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Curtin University, where I had the opportunity to work with people living with a wide range of health conditions. During this time, I developed a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation and gained additional experience supporting older adults to improve their strength, mobility, and independence.
Before becoming an Exercise Physiologist, I worked as an event manager, where I learnt that creating a great experience is just as important as achieving a great outcome. My goal is to provide clients with the very best experience not only in the clinic, but also in helping them realise the new ways they can experience their lives day to day.
- Neurological rehabilitation (including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury)
- Falls prevention and functional strength training
- Exercise-based management of chronic health conditions
- Healthy ageing and maintaining independence
