Hannah Jackman
I recently relocated to the West Coast from a small country town in regional NSW. I have a strong background in paediatrics, particularly supporting children with neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, spina bifida, intellectual disability and Down syndrome.
I have experience working with a wide range of equipment and therapeutic approaches to help clients reach their full potential, and I am qualified in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI). While my experience to date has been primarily in paediatrics, I am excited about the opportunity to apply and transfer these skills to working with the adult population as well, supporting individuals across the lifespan to maximise independence, function and participation.
I am passionate about delivering individualised care and strive to provide a holistic, patient-family centred approach. My aim is to support each client to achieve their participation goals and continue enjoying the activities and lifestyles that are meaningful to them.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach, going on coastal walks, and I’m looking forward to building strong connections with local sporting clubs here in Perth.
