Meet Our Physiotherapist Heidi Boterhoven

I’m a Physiotherapist with a special interest in working with people with Neurological conditions having worked within this area for the last 10 + years.

Graduating from Curtin University in 2008, I have gained experience in both the public and private sector, including spending time working in the industry in Canada. My knowledge extends from Neurology, Acute Care, Plastics, Burns, Intensive Care, Respiratory and sub-acute Physiotherapy Care. Having this base of knowledge and experience, my passion lies in treating all patients in the Neurological area to help them move, keep active, feel good and to reach their full potential.

I specialise in Pilates with Neurological conditions and have experience in both 1:1 and group sessions in all areas of Neurology and any Musculoskeletal presentations.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and have lived and worked in both England and Canada, which has shaped my holistic and people-focused approach to care. I’m passionate about helping people be confident through movement, feel stronger and stay happy.

Out of work, I enjoy traveling, keeping fit and active, spending time running, going to the gym, spending time at the beach and drinking coffee.
